When asked to raise money for 'The Good Shepherd Fund' 8F decided they wanted to do something different. They came up with the idea to complete the equivalent of a 10K Triathlon. All would have to be completed during the lunch time. All credit to them they got started and the runners each completed 15 laps of the track in 16 minutes.
The swimmers completed just over 150 laps of the pool in 30 minutes (Harvey Weston-Beyer completing 94 laps of it on his own!)
The cyclists completed 4K very quickly so just kept going and ended up doing 6.6 miles between them.
To date have raised £56.58 with some sponsor money still to arrive. Well done 8F.
