Hospitality and Catering at our school opens doors to one of the world’s largest and most exciting industries and one that’s a major source of local employment.
Our students learn not just how to cook, but how to plan, prepare, and present food with confidence, care, and creativity. Along the way, they gain a deep understanding of nutrition, food safety, and what makes a hospitality business successful.
This subject helps students develop practical cooking skills, but it also strengthens essential life skills like time management, organisation, teamwork, and communication, all of which are highly valued by employers and useful in everyday life.
