Year 9 is a crucial  time for our students, as they begin to move forward towards making important option choices for GCSEs.  To support students in making informed choices, we have designed an assessment week early into the year to allow students to demonstrate their learning and set clear targets.  

The assessment window for Year 9 will open on Monday 30th September and will run for one week. The booklet below includes the assessment timetable, revision tips, subject specific topic lists and a revision plan. Subject teachers have been working with students to help them prepare and we would like you to encourage your child to use this booklet to plan their revision.  You will be able to discuss the outcomes of these assessments with your child’s subject teachers at the online academic parents evening on Thursday 24th October 2024.
