Students from across different year groups recently took part in the first annual Olympia Enterprise week. The week consisted of a series of challenges set by external employers for our students to compete in.
These included Year 9 students being challenged by the F. A to come up with a new campaign to increase participation in girls football. Over the two days two winning teams emerged who will both go forward to Wembley stadium in the summer to represent the College in the National Finals.
Years 11 and 13 took on the challenge of trying to beat the stock market in an action pack “Week” of trading. Once again competition was fierce with some of the winners earning over £2 million in profits!
Overall the week was a fantastic success with more activities planned for the other year groups later in the year.
