A group of 15 sixth form students recently visited Italy to take part in some work experience and also have the opportunity to learn how to ski. As Easter fell late this year, the group were lucky to spend some time in Folgarida and then finish the trip off in the ski resort of Livignio. A wonderful opportunity for our young people to gain work experience in another country and bring back their knowledge to the UK.
The students were great ambassadors for our school and developed skills that will last with them for years to come. The Erasmus+ project has been running for many years now and we hope that this successful tradition continues to help improve the social mobility of the students at St Benedict’s Sixth Form.
