Recognition for long service

On Thursday 27th June, Catholic Headteachers from the Diocese of Leeds gathered for their annual Mass at St. Anne’s Cathedral.

Each year, on this occasion, all retiring Senior Leaders who have dedicated more than 25 years of service to Catholic education are honoured by Bishop Marcus Stock

Our own Deputy Headteacher Colm O’Donnell (35 years) and Lay Chaplain, Chris Copley (43 years) were among those colleagues who received such recognition.

They both retire from SBSJ at the end of this academic year.
